Cleaning Your Sex Doll

• We recommend cleaning the doll immediately after each use, and the doll should be cleaned at least every 2-4 weeks regardless of use.
• Use a mixture of mild antibacterial soap and clean warm water, gently massaging the doll's skin with your hands or patting with a clean sponge. (Just as you would clean a real person.)
• You can give your doll a shower or bath.
• Ensure not to get the neck or head too wet to prevent any metal parts from rusting. If metal parts get wet by accident, be sure to dry them immediately to prevent rusting.
• Do not use abrasive soaps or any other general-purpose cleaners.

Drying Your Sex Doll

• Ensuring the doll is completely dry is equally important to reduce the possibility of damage.
• Gently pat dry with a clean, soft cotton cloth and let the skin air dry completely.
• Do not use hard sponges/brushes or steel wool for cleaning—this can cause damage.
• Do not rub the doll with a towel, if using a towel to dry, use a "patting" action.
• After drying, apply talcum powder to the doll's body. Do not apply talcum powder while the doll is still wet.
• Applying talcum powder to the doll's body after cleaning protects the skin and prevents damage caused by friction.
• Apply talcum powder every two weeks or at least once a month, depending on usage.
• Do not apply any other substances to the skin, such as essential oils.

Cleaning Vaginal/Anal/Oral Areas

• The vaginal, anal, and oral areas should be cleaned after each use to prevent bacterial growth, as TPE skin is more porous than silicone.
• Flush the canal with warm soapy water using a vaginal irrigator until thoroughly clean, then rinse the canal with clear water in the vaginal irrigator to remove all soap.
• Dry the canal thoroughly.
• Once dry, dust with premium renewal powder from the inside out.

Cleaning Your Sex Doll's Face

• Detach the head from the body.
• If possible, remove the wig.
• Use a sponge or cotton cloth dipped in warm antibacterial soap water, gently massage the face. Or gently pat with a warm sponge dipped in antibacterial soap.
• Pay close attention not to damage the eyes and eyelashes, avoid getting these areas wet.
• Gently pat the face with a dry, non-abrasive cloth, let it air dry, and then reattach it to the body.
• Never immerse the doll's head in water.
• Do not use abrasive soaps or any other cleaning products.
• Do not use rough materials or hard/sharp objects.
• Do not apply too much pressure to the skin.
• Never use a hairdryer or any other heating devices on the doll.
• Do not attempt to speed up drying by placing near a radiator/fire or any other heating devices.

Sex Doll Wig Care

• Always remove the sex doll wig from the doll's head before cleaning.
• If desired, you can use shampoo and conditioner.
• We recommend combing the hair straight after cleaning and letting the wig air dry on a wig stand.
• Do not dry the wig on the doll's head.
• Do not use hair styling products as they may damage the doll's skin and face.

Sex Doll Skin Care

• If you find her skin is not smooth, apply baby powder with a brush on her skin to keep it smooth. Only do this when her body is dry. This is important to avoid tearing her skin.
• Ensure the clothes you put on her are colorfast. Dark and poor-quality clothes can easily transfer color to her skin. Wash clothes several times to prevent this. If this does happen, you can use a TPE doll stain remover to remove stains. Alternatively, you can wipe the stain with olive oil and then wipe off the stain with a damp cloth.
• Keep her away from magazines, colored leather, newspapers, or any such items to avoid color transfer.
• Do not allow the doll's arms or legs to be raised or spread for more than a few minutes. If you leave the doll with arms raised or legs spread, the pressure on TPE can cause tearing. You might come back to find the doll's armpits or groin area has split, then needing repair. So, always return the doll to a neutral, stress-free position when not in use, arms at her sides, legs together.
• Do not expose your sex doll to direct sunlight to prevent aging of the TPE material.
• TPE is soft and can become flat and wrinkled if left sitting or lying on surfaces for long periods. Be sure to use a wardrobe bar hanging kit to hang her up when your doll is unattended for more than a few days to prevent compression marks and creases.

Sex Doll Skeleton Care

• Your sex doll has a metal skeleton with movable joints to keep her flexible. You can move her limbs and body, and it's normal for marks to appear on her as a result of movement.
• Please understand all our dolls are not allowed to swing at different angles to the fullest. You should not move her joints with great force to achieve any posture.
• Do not bump her into hard surfaces, do not let her fall.
• Avoid her contact with any sharp objects, they will harm your doll.
• Try not to keep her in the same position for too long, even do not let her lie on hard surfaces for a long time. Since this is TPE, if the same posture is maintained for a long time, the shape will change, for example, even lying too long, the butt will become flat. The best option is to hang the doll up. Tips for Replacing Nails

• Position the doll in the middle.
• Align the fallen (loose) nail with the exposed nail bed to find out which nail matches which finger.
• After selecting the nail, apply a thin and even layer of glue to the exposed nail area. Ensure the area is clean and dry, free from any dirt or talcum powder.
• Do not apply too much glue, aiming for an even but thin coverage. Avoid applying too much to prevent it from spilling over the nail area.
• Once correctly aligned, hold the nail for 5 seconds - do not touch any glue.
• It's hard to remove excess glue, so it's best to avoid any spillage. If glue spills, immediately clean it with a microfiber cloth and warm soapy water.

Tips for Replacing Eyes

• Place the doll in a middle position.
• Gently and carefully pull the eyelids apart (up and down, not left to right), avoiding contact with the lashes or makeup.
• On the other hand, remove the eye and all packaging.
• "Squeeze" the packaging tightly into the new eye.
• With one hand, open the eye without touching the lashes or makeup.
• On the other hand, place the new eye into the socket.

Tips for Reattaching Loose Eyelashes

• Lay the doll flat, facing up.
• Apply a small amount of glue on a paperclip, pin, cocktail stick, or any other household "tool" with a fine tip. We recommend a cocktail stick.
• Gently pull back the eyelash and apply glue on the back of the eyelash (not on the doll).
• Holding the end of the eyelash, not touching the glue, carefully press it into the position you want to adhere to.
• Hold for 5 seconds then release.

Heating Your Doll Tips

• Do not leave the heating rod inside the doll unattended or for extended periods. The heating rod may overheat and cause serious damage to your doll. Please be cautious when using a heating rod inside your doll.
